PRJ: Column Widths in Reports Appear Different on Screen

SYMPTOMS

If you adjust the column widths in a table on your screen, the column widths may not be similarly adjusted in a report that uses that table.

WORKAROUND

To achieve the desired column width on the report, adjust the column width manually and view the report in print preview until the columns are displayed at the desired width.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
