Tlbinf32.exe is a file that contains the HTML Help file for
the TypeLibInformation object (TLI), which is implemented in the Tlbinf32.dll
file shipped in the Visual Studio 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0 CDs. The TLI object
allows you to programmatically extract information from type libraries. The
Tlbinf32.dll file and the HTML Help file are provided for your reference only,
and they are not supported by Microsoft.
