You call the
TextFieldParser.EndOfData method to detect the end of text data in a Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-based or a Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1-based application. However, sometimes the method returns True unexpectedly even if the
TextFieldParser object does not reach the end of text data.
This problem occurs because of an incorrect algorithm in the
TextFieldParser class. Specifically, the stream stops reading before the end of the data is reached.

Prerequisites
You must have .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 or .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed to apply this hotfix.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply the hotfix if no affected file is being used.
