OFF2000: "...setup completed successfully" Message Does Not Appear at the End of Setup

When you install Office, you do not see an alert advising you that Setup is finished.
The only indication Setup has finished is that the dialog box with the progress indicator,
Finishing Microsoft Office 2000 Setup disappears.
You will not see an alert that Office Setup has finished, if you were required to restart during the installation process.
If you install Office on a computer, uninstall Office, and then reinstall it, you may see the following alert when Setup is finished
Microsoft Office 2000 product setup completed successfully.
where
Office 2000 product is the name of the specific Office product being used.
