Norton SystemWorks 2.0 and 3.0 System Tray Icon Is Incompatible with Windows Me

SYMPTOMS

The grouping feature of Norton Tray Manager included in Norton SystemWorks 3.0, and earlier versions, no longer functions properly in Windows Millennium Edition (Me). Instead of having one icon to access the other Norton icons, all icons are visible in the system tray.

CAUSE

According to Norton, the only version of Norton SystemWorks that is compatible with Windows Me is SystemWorks 2001. SystemWorks 2000, and earlier versions are not compatible.
