SYMPTOMS

When you click Settings in Display Properties, and then click the Advanced tab, the 3dfx TV tab may be missing.

CAUSE

The issue can occur if the Tvout.dll file is missing, damaged, or is not the correct version.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current drivers for your 3dfx Voodoo 3 adapter from the following 3dfx Web site:
