Recalculate Web Causes Stray Slashes ('/') to Be Doubled

This article was previously published under Q251046

SYMPTOMS

When FrontPage recalculates a FrontPage Web, and that page also contains a bot and it contains a tag, such as a meta tag, that includes a stray slash ("") (not a slash that is at the very end of a tag), the slash will be duplicated in the resulting output. Subsequent recalculations double all such slashes, exponentially increasing the number of slashes in the tag.
