How to Obtain Microsoft Support Files from Online Services
Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most
current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file
was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to
prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.
Microsoft has confirmed that this
is a problem in Windows 98 Second Edition.
Devices that communicate using the IEEE 1394 specification
can respond to PC requests with a "BusyX" code. In this case, the device is
busy, because of hardware limitations or software interactions in early
generation of the 1394 chipset.
Support for BusyX retries is defined
in IEEE1394-1995 specification and is important for successful computer to 1394
device communications.
