SYMPTOMS

When two users run Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server, and attempt to use the same form in a public folder at the same time, the second user receives the error message:
The form you selected could not be displayed. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
