SYMPTOMS

When you are using Microsoft Windows 2000 with TAPI (telephony application program interface) applications such as Phone Dialer, video conferencing does not work correctly. You may experience poor image quality, or you may not see any image during video conferences. This occurs when the Netmeeting application is running, even in the minimized mode.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, do not use Netmeeting when you are using TAPI applications for video conferencing.
