When you submit an e-mail form or post a thread in a discussion, you do not receive a confirmation page or e-mail message, and no error messages appear in the browser.

CAUSE

The .htm file is mapped to the Ssinc.dll file or Asp.dll file in the Master Properties of the Web server and/or properties of the Web site.
