Dial-up Connection Is Not Disconnected When the Internet Connection Sharing Option Is Disabled

When you right-click the
Active Internet Connection icon on the taskbar, and then select the
Disable Internet Connection Sharing checkbox, the following message is displayed:
You have disabled Internet Connection Sharing. Would you like to disconnect from the Internet now?
If you click
Yes, your computer's dial-up connection is not disconnected.
To work around this behavior, right-click the
Active Internet Connection icon, and then click
Disconnect.
This problem only occurs when you use the
Active Internet Connection icon on the taskbar to disable Internet Connection Sharing.
