SYMPTOMS

When the computer restarts during the installation of SecuRemote version 4118, you receive a Windows protection error message, and the system must be manually restarted.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, upgrade to SecuRemote version 4153 or later.

The readme file included with the installation of SecuRemote version 4153 lists the "protection error" on boot after installation as one of the problems resolved in build 4153.
