Text of Internet Explorer 5.5 Tip of the Day Not Visible

When you attempt to view the Tip of the Day in Internet Explorer version 5.5, the text of the tip may not be visible.
This issue can occur when the Use High Contrast setting is turned on.
To resolve this issue, turn off the Use High Contrast setting: In Control Panel, double-click
Accessibility Options, click the
Display tab, and click to clear the
Use High Contrast check box.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
The Tip of the Day box does not completely fit in the screen display and there is no way to scroll to it.
