The Readme file is saved as Netmeet.htm and it is located in Drive:\Program Files\Netmeeting\Netmeet.htm (where drive is the drive letter for the Program Files directory).

The Readme file information can be accessed from the Help menu in NetMeeting or by double-clicking the Netmeet.htm file.
