Computer Hangs After You Install USB ADSL Modem

When you try to restart your computer after you install the Efficient Networks Speedstream 4060 Universal Serial Bus (USB) Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) modem, your computer may stop responding (hang), or you may receive a "Windows Protection Error" error message.
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer or provider of your ADSL modem to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
