SYMPTOMS

When you compose a new e-mail message on the Microsoft Hotmail Web site at http://www.hotmail.com (http://www.hotmail.com) , you may receive one of the following error messages:
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module Mshtmled.dll

WAOL caused an invalid page fault in module Mshtmled.dll

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
  • Wait until the entire Web page has loaded and the Rich Text Format check box has become enabled (it turns from gray to white) before you start to compose a message.

    -or-
