SYMPTOMS

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 to access the dashboard site, and you have enabled the Microsoft Office Online Collaboration toolbar to discuss a document, certain links on the dashboard site, which include the Search, Publish, and Subscribe links, may not function properly. To avoid this problem, you must close the Office Online Collaboration toolbar before you use dashboard site links.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, close the Office Online Collaboration toolbar. To do so:
  1. Start Internet Explorer 5, and then locate the dashboard site.
  2. On the View menu, point to View, point to Explorer Bar, and then click Discuss.
  3. Press F5 to refresh your screen.
  4. Close the discussion window at the bottom of the browser.
The dashboard site links now function properly.
