SYMPTOMS

If you perform a query in the dashboard site, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to display document list. An internal server error occurred.

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Regional Options.
  3. In the Your Locale box, click English (United States).
  4. Click the Numbers tab.
  5. In the Decimal Symbol box, click ".".
  6. Click the Currency tab.
  7. In the Decimal Symbol box, click ".".
  8. Click OK.
