277567  (http://kbalertz.com/Feedback.aspx?kbNumber=277567/ ) Cannot install SharePoint Portal Server on a computer running Exchange Server
The SharePoint Portal Server 2001 Readme file incorrectly describes how to install SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft on a server that is running SharePoint Portal Server. These products are not supported together because of conflicts that are caused by overlapping functionality. The products do successfully work together in the same environment when they are installed on separate servers.
