You receive a "Class not registered" error message when you use database wizards in Access 2000

When you use any database wizard in Microsoft Access, you
may receive the following error message:
Runtime error
-2147221164(80040154):Class not registered
This error message may be
displayed when you are finished running the wizard.
This behavior may occur when the file Msjetoledb40.dll is
not correctly registered.
This problem has been fixed in the latest edition of the
Jet Service Pack. For additional information about how to obtain the latest
version of the Jet 4.0 database engine, click the following article number to
