Media Bar Minimize Button Is Always Unavailable

When you undock the Media bar from Internet Explorer, the Media Bar
appears as its own window. Although there are three buttons,
Minimize,
Maximize and
Close, the minimize button is always unavailable and inactive.
This behavior occurs because the popout Media bar exists as a part of the Internet Explorer frame, and cannot be minimized independently of the browser window.
This behavior is by design.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, when used with:
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Edition
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
- Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition
- Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition
- Microsoft Windows 98 Standard Edition
