Media Bar Minimize Button Is Always Unavailable

SYMPTOMS

When you undock the Media bar from Internet Explorer, the Media Bar appears as its own window. Although there are three buttons, Minimize, Maximize and Close, the minimize button is always unavailable and inactive.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the popout Media bar exists as a part of the Internet Explorer frame, and cannot be minimized independently of the browser window.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
