Unable to Log on to Web Site or Gain Access to Some Web Site Services
This article was previously published under Q301455
You may not be able to log on to a particular Web site or gain access to certain services at a particular Web site. The Web site may display a message that indicates that you must use a supported browser or that your browser does not support frames, cookies, java, or some other technology that is supported by the version of Internet Explorer that you are running.
This issue can occur if the Web site blocks beta versions of Internet Explorer, later versions of Internet Explorer that have not been tested with the Web site, or earlier versions of Internet Explorer that have known issues with using the Web site.
Contact the administrator of the Web site to determine whether the Web site blocks the version of Internet Explorer that you are using for a valid reason. In some cases, you may be able to work around this issue by upgrading to a later version of Internet Explorer or by uninstalling to use an earlier version of Internet Explorer.

How to Determine Which Version of Internet Explorer Is Installed
NOTE: Because of the sensitive nature of some Web site services (for example, banking services), Web site administrators may block all beta versions of Internet Explorer or versions of Internet Explorer that they have not had the opportunity to test with their Web site services.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
