BUG: The BizTalk Mapper "Open File" Dialog Box Is Distorted

SYMPTOMS

The Open File dialog box may be distorted if you try to open a local file after you cancel the Retrieve From WebDAV dialog box in the BizTalk Mapper.

RESOLUTION

To restore the appearance of the BizTalk Mapper Open File dialog box, close and restart the BizTalk Mapper.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. Start the BizTalk Mapper. On the File menu, click Retrieve from WebDAV.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. On the File menu, click New.
  4. Click to select Local files, and then click OK.
  5. Choose a source specification schema, and then click Open.
  6. Click to select Local files, and then click OK.
  7. Choose a destination specification schema, and then click Open.
