PRB: You Cannot Open Duplicate Copies of a Schedule File in BizTalk Orchestration Designer

If you try to open a schedule file that is already open in BizTalk Orchestration Designer, you receive the following error message:
A sharing violation has occurred. A file is already open in BizTalk Orchestration Designer.
In Orchestration Designer, you cannot open duplicate copies of a file by default.
Do not attempt to open a schedule file if it is already open in the BizTalk Orchestration Designer.
This behavior is by design.
