SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Producer, certain video transitions are available only on specific operating systems.

The following transitions are available in Microsoft Windows 2000 but not in Microsoft Windows XP:
  • Stretch, Right
  • Push, Right
  • Stretch, Across
  • Clock
  • Slide, Swap
The following transitions are available in Microsoft Windows XP but not in Microsoft Windows 2000:
  • Iris
  • Checkerboard
  • Random Dissolve
  • Random Bars
  • Diagonal, Block Wipe

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

APPLIES TO
  • Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2002, when used with:
    • Microsoft Windows 2000 Standard Edition
    • Microsoft Windows XP Professional
