BUG: MSXML 3.0 Causes a Problem in Segment Viewer

When you open a segment to view, you may receive the following error message:

This behavior occurs because of an incompatibility that exists between Microsoft XML (MSXML) 3.0 and Microsoft Commerce Server 2000. Internet Explorer 6.0 includes MSXML 3.0; therefore, this problem can occur when you use either of the following configurations:
- Microsoft Windows XP
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 BizDesk

- Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 BizDesk

Business Desk Does Not Work with MSXML 3.0
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
