Captions for photo gallery images are right-aligned instead of centered in SharePoint Designer 2007 or in FrontPage 2003
In Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 or in Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003, when you use the
Photo Gallery
Properties dialog box to add an image as a slide show with a caption,
the caption may appear under the image on the right side (right-aligned),
instead of under the image in the center.
This issue may occur when you press CTRL+RIGHT SHIFT before
you type the caption.
To work around this issue, do not press CTRL+ RIGHT SHIFT
while the
Photo Gallery Properties dialog box is open.
Note To access the
Photo Gallery Properties dialog
box, follow these steps, as appropriate for the product that you are running.
SharePoint Designer 2007
- Start SharePoint Designer 2007, and then open the slide show page
in which you want to add an image with a caption.
- On the Insert menu, point to
Web Component, and then click Photo
Gallery.
FrontPage 2003
- Start FrontPage 2003, and then open the slide show page
in which you want to add an image with a caption.
- On the Insert menu, point to
Picture, and then click New Photo
Gallery.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007
- Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003
Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
