"Open with" option is not available when you select multiple files of the same type in SharePoint Designer 2007 or in FrontPage 2003

SYMPTOMS

You open a Web site in Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 or in Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003, select multiple files of the same type, and then right-click one of the files. When you do this, the Open With option is not available.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information in this article when the information becomes available.
