You receive a "Microsoft FrontPage can't load Speech Recognition files" error message when you start FrontPage 2003
When you start FrontPage 2003, you are unexpectedly prompted
to install speech recognition components, and you receive a message that is
similar to the following:
Microsoft FrontPage can't load Speech Recognition files.
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?
If you click
No in the message, the message
reappears the next time that you start FrontPage 2003.
To work around this problem, click
No each
time that you receive the message that is described earlier in the "Symptoms"
section of this article.
Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
