XP Home Edition w/Office SBE 2003 with BCM. F&P Sharing was installed, this error appeared in Event Log. Removed and reinstalled F&P sharing - error persists. Business Contact Manager will NOT install: "Database Creation Has Failed."

I have Office/Outlook 2k3 with Business Manager installed. I am part of a domain and have File and Print Sharing installed. Still get this message. Where is it trying to connect to? We don't have Exchange and are still on an NT4 domain.

HAve this issue on an XP Pro machine, and I think it may be related to account level. I have disabled Admin on some user accounts as protection, and they use outlook, so my suspicion is that the SQL system can't access somewhere that it needs to get, but as to where........, that's another issue altogether
