Here's a similar problem I had to the above. Thank god Microsoft had a Knowledge Base listing for this: SYMPTOMS When you click Computer Management on the Administrative Tools menu in Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003, the Computer Management page appears instead of the Solitaire program that you want. Back to the top CAUSE This problem occurs because the Computer Management option on the Administrative Tools menu does not start the Solitaire program. Back to the top WORKAROUND To work around this problem and to open the Solitaire program, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then Games, and then click Solitaire. Back to the top STATUS Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft Technical Support Department as most MS Techies wouldn't have the faintest idea where to look when it comes to solving a simple problem. That'll be $250 please. Back to the top MORE INFORMATION For more information about Solitaire, buy a pack of cards.
