Products cannot be added to Competitors in Microsoft CRM after installing Microsoft CRM to Great Plains® 7.0 Integration.
Supported hotfixes are now available from Microsoft, but are only intended to correct the problems described herein. Only apply the hotfix to systems that are experiencing these specific problems. These hotfixes may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by these problems, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next version of Microsoft CRM that contains these hotfixes.

The 830361 cumulative hotfix for Microsoft CRM 1.2 does not contain nor require a resolution to the issue mentioned in Article ID 835583. The issue referenced by Article ID 835583 is resolved in the released version of Microsoft CRM 1.2.

Install these hotfixes on Microsoft CRM server and client computers.
Prerequisites
To install these hotfixes, you must have installed Microsoft CRM version 1.0 or 1.2.
Removal information
You cannot remove these hotfixes.
Restart requirement
If prompted, restart your Microsoft CRM server after installing these hotfixes. You do not have to restart your client computer after you install these hotfixes.
