Sales Process actions are saved in a different order than originally entered by using Microsoft Business Solution CRM 1.0 Workflow Manager. The actions in a Sales Process stage are saved in a random order.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft, but it is intended to correct the problem described in this article only. Apply the hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this problem.
Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, We recommend that you upgrade to Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.2 that contains this hotfix.
