You may not be prompted to insert Disc 2 when you install Digital Image
When you install Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9 or you
install Microsoft Digital Image Suite 9, you may not be prompted to insert Disc
2.
This issue may occur when you do a typical installation. The
second CD holds sample photos and other files that are installed with a full
installation.
To change from a typical install to a full install, you must
remove and reinstall Digital Image. To do so, follow these
steps:
Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the
following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your
product documentation to complete these steps.
- Click Start, and then click
Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove
Programs.
- Click Microsoft Digital Image Pro, and
then click Change/Remove.
- Click Next, and then click
Remove.
- Click Next, and then click
Remove.
- After the program is removed, insert Digital Image Disc 1
in your CD/DVD ROM drive.
- When you are prompted to run the Digital Image Setup
program, click Yes.
- Click Next two times.
- Click Full installation, and then follow
the prompts to complete the installation.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9
- Microsoft Digital Image Suite 9

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
