Microsoft Business Solutions CRM contact and account records take a long time to save

SYMPTOMS

Updates that Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client) makes to contact or account records while offline may take a long time to save to the Microsoft CRM server. The Outlook client may appear to be unresponsive during the save operation.

RESOLUTION
