"Create Activity" action is disabled for the Invoice object in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.0 Workflow Manager
When you create a workflow rule for the Invoice object in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.0 Workflow Manager, you cannot insert the "Create Activity" action. The "Create Activity" option is disabled.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft, but it is intended to only correct the problem described in this article. Apply the hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this problem.
Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you upgrade to Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.2 that contains this hotfix.
