RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problems listed earlier in this article. Apply the hotfix only to systems that experience these problems.

To install this hotfix, you must have installed Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook 1.0.

Removal information

You cannot remove this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart your client computer after you install this hotfix.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC).
