Community Feedback System

Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back. Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what didn't.

Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry edits), please consult a professional.

Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.

This service pack caused 3 of my machines to bluescreen! I was using automatic update, it installed them all together and upon reboot, the big blue screen of death. Thankfully, last known good worked so i went back and did them one by one and this one was the deamon seed. the other machines, same deal. blue screened when installing all updates, if i removed this one, no problem at all. I cant find anything regarding this service pack and blue screens anywhere. let me know if any one else has the same problem!

Same problem with me, 3 out of 5 NT4Servers bsod. Two of my W2K servers also have a problem; they continuously reboot (even in safe mode). The patch was installed manually and rebooted directly after. My corp is stopping rollout of this patch altogether until a resolution is found. Ryan
