Shaded tables do not print correctly in Word 2002
When you print a table that contains color or shading, you
find that the printed copy is not colored or shaded correctly. For example,
only some of the cells in the table are colored or are shaded.
This problem may occur with certain printers if you use a
custom paper size. For example, this problem is known to occur with the
following printers:
- Xerox Document Centre 340
- Xerox Document Centre 400
- Cannon LBP-730 LIPS4
To work around this problem, reset the custom paper size
setting to use a standard paper size. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Page
Setup.
- Click the Paper tab. In the Paper
size box, select a standard paper size.
