BizTalk Explorer for BizTalk Server is not available in Visual Studio

SUMMARY

When you install Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 or Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the BizTalk Explorer object is installed successfully but the BizTalk Explorer is not available in Microsoft Visual Studio.

This behavior occurs if you perform an Administration Tools-only installation of BizTalk Server by choosing to install only the Administration Tools or Administration and Monitoring runtime component.
