HTTP send port properties do not override HTTP Adapter properties in BizTalk Server 2004
Although you configured specific properties in your HTTP send port in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the properties are not used and the default properties from the HTTP Adapter settings are used instead. When you configure a proxy port for any port other than 80, the HTTP transport may still use port 80 for its proxy port.
