Import on the Customizations page causes an Access denied error message on all views in Microsoft CRM 1.2

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft CRM 1.2, the user receives an unhandled exception or Access denied error message after importing customizations. The error message implies that the user does not have sufficient privileges to view Users outside their Business Unit.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update. The cumulative update information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
