FIX: You receive error messages when you build your BizTalk Server project or when you validate the schema in the project
When you build your Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 project or you validate your schema in the project, you may receive the following error messages:
Record "PositionalRecord" - The Record Tag is not within the total length of the record.
Validate Schema failed for file: <file:///C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Project Name\PositionalSchema.xsd>.

How to obtain the latest BizTalk Server 2004 service pack
Hotfix information
The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

Note Because of file dependencies, the most recent hotfix that contains these files may also contain additional files.
