When you use a custom send pipeline with the XML Assembler in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 and then you set the
Target charset property to Shift-JIS(932), you expect to see "Shift-JIS" as the encoding type but instead you see the "iso-2022-jp" encoding type.
Note You may also experience this problem with other character sets.
