FIX: BizTalk Server 2004 may experience high CPU utilization in disassembling XML messages
Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 may experience high CPU utilization. This problem typically occurs when you use the
XMLReceive default pipeline or you use any custom receive pipeline with the XML Disassembler component. Under load, the CPU utilization may reach 100 percent.
