You receive the error message "Access to resource is forbidden" when you redirect an e-mail message in Entourage for Mac

SYMPTOMS

When you try to redirect an e-mail message in Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac, you may receive one of the following error messages:

Error message 1
Access to the resource is forbidden.
Error message 2
Client does not have permission to send as this user.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if your e-mail account is on a Microsoft Exchange server where you do not have permissions to send e-mail messages on behalf of a different user account.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
