E-mail messages that have picture attachments may not have the corresponding attachment icon in the Attachment column in Entourage for Mac
When you view your Sent Items folder in
Microsoft Office Entourage 2004 for Mac or in Microsoft Office Entourage 2008 for Mac, some e-mail messages that have picture
attachments do not have the corresponding attachment icon in the
Attachment column. However, if you click the e-mail message, the image is
visible in the
Preview pane of Entourage for Mac.
This behavior occurs if you paste or insert the picture as
an inline image in the e-mail message.
To work around this behavior, you must insert the image as
an attachment. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click New to create a new e-mail
message.
- Click the Attachment icon.
- Locate the picture that you want to attach, click the picture file, and
then click Choose.
APPLIES TO
- Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac
- Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac
- Microsoft Excel 2008 for Mac
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2008 for Mac
- Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
