Entourage 2004 for Mac data is not synchronized to a new Palm handheld device

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Microsoft Handheld Synchronization software to synchronize a new Palm handheld device with the same Palm user name, Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac data is not synchronized to the new Palm handheld device.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, set the Entourage conduit to overwrite the new Palm handheld device, and then perform a HotSync.
