In Microsoft CRM 1.2, the “To†field is not resolving with existing Contacts, and E-mail Activities are not associating to the originating Case
In Microsoft® Business Solutions 1.2, E-mail Activities are not resolving the To field when sent by CRM usersto existing Contacts.In addition, E-mail Activities are not being associated to the originating Case when replying to an existing E-mail Activity if a carriage return/line feed (new line) is inserted in the globally unique indentifier (GUID) in the Microsoft CRM E-mail Activity.
Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update. The cumulative update information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
